Sensesational Street Sense!

A proven sire on the track and at the sales
McKinzie

Only a handful of stallions standing in North America at a fee of $80,000 or higher have more Graded winners in 2019 than Street Sense's five:

McKinzie - G1 Whitney Handicap
Champagne Anyone  - G2 Gulfstream Park Oaks
Air Strike - G2 Triple Bend Stakes
Dr. Mounty - G3 Tropical Turf Stakes
Aztec Sense - G3 Fred W.  Hopper Stakes

McKinzie has won three additional G1s during his career - Metropolitan Handicap, Pennsylvania Derby, Los Alamitos Futurity - and he is the current favorite for the G1 Breeders' Cup Classic.

Street Sense's $825,000 Keeneland September yearling

Street Sense has also been enjoying a great deal of success at the sales. At the recently completed Keeneland September Yearling Sale, Peter Brant's White Birch Farm went to $825,000 for a beautiful filly from the immediate family of New Year's Day, sired by Street Sense's father Street Cry. Street Sense was represented by 11 yearlings that brought $300,000 or more at the sale. Other purchasers of Street Sense yearlings this year include Fox Hill Farm, Team Casse, Bradley Thoroughbreds, Tracy Farmer and Ben Glass.

In the spring, two-year-olds sired by Street Sense were also well received at the sales with juveniles selling for upwards of $500,000.
