Heavily Favored Night Dance, by Street Sense, lengthened her lead at every call of her second career outing Wednesday night at Hoosier Park in Indiana, extending her lead to a final margin of victory of six lengths at the end of the six-furlong maiden special weight event.
Night Dance was bred by Liberation Farms and Oratis Thoroughbreds in Kentucky. She is out of Fly to the Stars, a half-sister to Stakes winners Resounder and Gallant Talent and to the granddam of G1 winners Bellamy Road and Midletown. Fly to the Stars also has a yearling of 2011 by Street Sense.
Kentucky Derby winner and Champion Street Sense is the sire of a total of eight winners so far from his first crop, a group that also features two Group horses, including G1 Frizette third Miss Netta.
