America's champion freshman sire of 2009 and Darley stallion Offlee Wild is to shuttle to Haras La Leyenda in Argentina for the 2010 southern hemishpere breeding season.
Offlee Wild enjoyed an outstanding year with his first crop of northern hemisphere runners in 2009, finishing the season as not only champion freshman but also America's leading sire of two-year-olds. Breeders' Cup and Eclipse award winner She Be Wild headed his impressive total of 17 winners and six Stakes horses, and he has already opened his 2010 Stakes account with Heavenville notching his second Stakes win on 27th March.
Alberto Stein, owner of Haras La Leyenda, said, "We are delighted to be standing Offlee Wild in Argentina this year. He is an outstanding young sire, as has been shown by the success of his first crop of runners and we are sure that he will prove extremely popular here in the southern hemisphere."
