Barb Ivill’s Little Plains Stud in Wangaratta has celebrated the arrival of the first foal by young Darley stallion Any Given Saturday. The filly, out of multiple Melbourne metro winner Destina (Demus), was born on Friday, 14 August.
‘She is a very attractive filly that has immense quality,’ said the delighted breeder. ‘She is correct in the legs and, the best thing is, she is improving every day.’
Mrs Ivill added: ‘My vet was here this morning and couldn’t stop looking at her. She likes the attention too. She has a great attitude.’
