Hillary’s Harbor was first out of the gate and never relinquished the lead going wire-to-wire at Turfway Park on October 2nd in her first start around two turns. The Rockport Harbor filly, bred by Susan King in Kentucky, races in the colors of her breeder as well as co-owner Wayne D. Mogge. She is out of the Listed stakes horse Mrs. Debbie M, she a half-sister to Listed winner and G3-placed Omniscient.
Rockport Harbor’s six other winners in 2010 include the highly-promising two-year-old Bear’s Future, winner of the Swynford Stakes at Woodbine, as well as G3-placed Minutesandtouches.
A winner of his first three starts by an amazing 22 1/2 Lengths, Rockport Harbor, won the G3 Nashua and repeated at nine furlongs in the G2 Remsen to sustain a perfect record throughout his two-year-old campaign.
