Third Stakes winner of the weekend for Street Sense

Self Sense wins Listed Kilmore Cup in Australia

Street Sense notched up his third Stakes winner of the weekend when his four-year-old son Self Sense stormed home to claim the Listed Kilmore Cup in Australia, February 22.

Ridden conservatively in the early stages of the one-mile event, Self Sense came with a powerful finish to grab victory right on the line.

Bred, owned and trained by David Brideoake, Self Sense is out of the Personal Flag mare Be My Person, the dam of G3 winner Shylight.

Street Sense is off to a fantastic start to 2015, with five Stakes winners to date. Hallowed Crown and Street Babe scored Graded Stakes wins a day prior while his daughters Callback and Light The City finished one-two in the G1 Las Virgenes Stakes recently.
